SHIPPING, Returns & Exchange POLICY
Our refund policy varies based on the product in question.
Pom and costume orders are considered made-to-order and are non-refundable due to the custom nature of these items. We ask that you inspect your costumes upon receipt and reach out to us within 14 days so we can work with you on any concerns you may have.
We accept returns of rhinestones and jewelry. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Returns must be made within 15 days of receiving the item.
You should mail your product to: PO Box 415 Linthicum Heights, MD 21090. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7-10 business days.
If you need to exchange a non-custom item, send us an email at and send your item to: PO Box 415 in Linthicum Heights, MD 21090. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
In-stock items are shipped within 2-5 days. Most of our items are made-to-order and the availability and shipping time can greatly vary. Please message us at email@example.com with your desired deadlines for the most accurate delivery estimate. We cannot guarantee delivery times. You will be notified of carrier and tracking information (if applicable) upon shipment. We are not responsible for packages once they have been accepted by shipment carrier. If you wish to add signature required options, please contact us PRIOR to placing your order.
